The company comprises two plants covering a total area of 18,000 m2, 10,000 m2 of which is under cover, with a refrigeration capacity of 5,000 tonnes. The smaller of the two plants is BIO (organic) certified, it is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2010, and it is responsible for receiving, cooling, storing, precalibrating, packaging and distributing the product.
